Below are the guidelines for private sales on Next Step. It is essential that you read them carefully. By registering as a private seller with Next Step, you accept and agree to comply with these guidelines, including all accompanying documents.

Mandatory Registration: Each private seller must complete the registration process before being able to offer products on Next Step.

Private Seller Commitments: By registering as a private seller, you confirm acceptance of the guidelines, including the Private Seller Manual and the obligation to comply with the established conditions.

Private Seller Responsibilities:
- The private seller can only register once and sell products he owns.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and must ensure that the products offered are authentic and comply with Next Step regulations.

Privacy and Communications:
- Next Step does not disclose personal customer information to the private seller.
- Private Seller agrees that Next Step may retain and use email and chat communications.

Intellectual Property Rights:
- Private Seller acknowledges Next Step's intellectual property rights and agrees not to use any Next Step intellectual property without consent.

Modifications and Termination of the Contract:
- Next Step reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time. The modifications will be effective when published on the platform.
- In case of disagreement with the modifications, the private seller has the right to withdraw from the private sale contract.
