At the bottom of the page, you will find a form to make a return or exchange. Once you have requested the return through this form and it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. It is crucial to include this email inside the return package.

Shipping costs :

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping costs. We also accept in-store returns.

Order cancellation :

Customers can request to cancel their order if we are unable to process and ship it within 14 business days. If the item has already been ordered and is on its way to our store, it is still possible to cancel the order, but a €10 penalty will be applied to cover the cost of returning the item to the warehouse. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Note:
If you decide to cancel your order but the package has already shipped or is ready for pickup, simply refuse the package or let us know you won't be picking it up. We will process a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee, once we have received the return at our warehouse or store.

Product change:

To exchange products, it is not necessary to place a new order. Instead, it will be handled by contacting customer service to speed up the process and filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

Return and exchange exceptions :

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the possibility of return and exchange under certain conditions:

  • Products can be tested, provided that they do not show signs of use such as wrinkles, scratches or damage. Otherwise, we reserve the right to apply penalties or, in extreme cases, refuse the return or exchange.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned for money, but a gift card with no expiration date will be offered.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of products without flanges, if they were present when receiving the product.

It is very important to protect both the product and its original packaging when making the return shipment. The deadline for making a return is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.

Refunds :

If we approve your return, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days. It will be made via the original payment method. In-store purchases will receive a voucher with no expiration date. Special orders will also receive a voucher. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

Deposit:

When making a purchase that requires a deposit, please note the following conditions:

  • If the purchase of the product is not completed, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • We will only refund the deposit if, after receiving it, we cannot find the product.
  • If the product cannot be delivered within 14 business days, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the customer.
