At the bottom of the page, you will find a form to make a return or exchange. Once you have requested the return through this form and it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. It is crucial to include this email inside the return package.
Return and exchange exceptions :
At our company, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and, therefore, we offer the possibility of returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Costs of Return and exchange for products over €500 :
- From €500 to €600 : 3.5% of the sales price.
- From €600 to €700 : 4% of the sales price.
- From €700 to €800 : 5% of the sales price.
- Over €800 : 6% of the sales price.

Product conditions :
- Products can be tested as long as they do not show signs of use such as wrinkles, scratches or visible damage.
- If the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to apply penalties or, in extreme cases, reject the return or exchange request.

Customized products :
- Returns for monetary refund are not accepted.
- Instead, a gift card with no expiration date will be offered.

Flanged Products :
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if the original flanges are not intact at the time of return.

It is very important to protect both the product and its original packaging when making the return shipment. The deadline for making a return is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.
Shipping costs :
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping costs. We also accept in-store returns.
Order cancellation :
Cancellation due to processing delay
- Customers may request cancellation of their order if we are unable to process and ship their order within 14 business days of the purchase date.
Cancellation before shipment
- If the item has already been ordered and is on its way to our store or if the order is ready to be shipped on the same day the cancellation is requested, it will still be possible to cancel the order.
- A fee of 100 will apply. 5% on the product's sales price to cover the costs associated with the warehouse return process and Shopify payment gateway fees.
Cancellation not allowed after shipment
- Once the item has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Note:
If you decide to cancel your order but the package has already shipped or is ready for pickup, simply refuse the package or let us know you won't be picking it up. We will process a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee, once we have received the return at our warehouse or store.
Product change:
To exchange products, it is not necessary to place a new order. Instead, it will be handled by contacting customer service to speed up the process and filling out the form at the bottom of the page.
Refunds :
If we approve your return, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days. It will be made via the original payment method. In-store purchases will receive a voucher with no expiration date. Special orders will also receive a voucher. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.
Deposit:
When making a purchase that requires a deposit, please note the following conditions:
- If the purchase of the product is not completed, the deposit will not be refunded.
- We will only refund the deposit if, after receiving it, we cannot find the product.
- If the product cannot be delivered within 14 business days, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the customer.
