To request an exchange or return of products from an order, please send an email to contact@nextstepstore.com stating the reason for the request.
We recommend that you carefully read our terms and conditions before making any requests related to exchanges or returns.
Order cancellation :
Cancellation due to delay in processing
- Customers can request free cancellation of their order if we are unable to process and ship it within 14 business days of purchase.
Cancellation before shipment
- If the item has already been ordered and is on its way to our store, or if the order is ready to ship on or before the day you request cancellation, it is still possible to cancel the order. A fee of 5% on the product's selling price to cover costs associated with the return process to the warehouse and Shopify payment gateway fees.
Cancellation not allowed after shipment
- Once the item has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Note:
If you decide to cancel your order but the package has already shipped or is ready for pickup, simply refuse the package or let us know you won't be picking it up. We'll process a full refund, less a 5% restocking fee , once we receive the returned item at our warehouse or store.
Product change:
To exchange products, you don't need to place a new order. Instead, you can contact customer service to expedite the process and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Return and exchange exceptions :
At our company, we prioritize customer satisfaction, and therefore, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Costs of Return and exchange replacement for products over €500 :
- From €500 to €600 : 3.5% of the sale price.
- From €600 to €700 : 4% of the sale price.
- From €700 to €800 : 5% of the sale price.
- More than €800 : 6% of the sale price.

Product conditions :
- Products may be tested as long as they show no signs of use such as wrinkles, scratches, or visible damage.
- If the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to apply penalties or, in extreme cases, reject the return or exchange request.

Customized products :
- Returns for monetary refund are not accepted.
- Instead, a gift card with no expiration date will be offered.

Products with flanges :
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if the original cable ties are not intact at the time of return.

It is very important to protect both the product and its original packaging when returning it. The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return or seek compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.
Shipping costs :
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not refund original shipping costs. We also accept in-store returns.
Refunds :
If we approve your return, we'll process your refund within 2-5 business days. It will be issued to your original payment method. In-store purchases will receive a valid credit card. Special orders will also receive a credit card. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Deposit:
When making a purchase that requires a deposit, please keep the following conditions in mind:
- If the purchase of the product is not completed, the deposit will not be refunded.
- We will only refund the deposit if, after receiving it, we cannot find the product.
- If the product cannot be delivered within 14 business days, the customer's deposit will be automatically refunded.
