The adidas Forum was introduced in 1984 as a sneaker created exclusively for basketball players by French designer Jacques Chassaing, who began working on it in 1983 after listening to what professionals wanted. This led to its crossed ankle strap system. It was adidas's first basketball model available in high-, mid-, and low-top versions. The Forum Low CL inherits that DNA and brings it into today's streetwear scene with the Cloud White Aurora Ivy Wonder White colorway.
Its silhouette is recognizable by the ankle strap with a Velcro closure, the padded tongue, and the overlapping side panels. In this version, Cloud White and Wonder White form the base, while Aurora Ivy green details add an elegant contrast with a vintage feel.
